Shilpa has been trained under the curriculum of Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA, which is headed by Ms. Judith Rasband, who is amongst the top five Image consultants of the world. Having worked on all the branches of Image Management, Soft Skills, Grooming and Etiquette, she has to her credit, the clientele from all walks of life from students to professionals, business women to homemakers, start-ups to industrialists. She is a visiting faculty with various institutions providing programs in Management, Hospitality, Aviation and Tourism. She also conducts workshops for corporate, social groups and educational institutes. She also grooms hospitality students for Fine Dining Skills and International Protocol. Shilpa also trains, coaches and mentors’ contestants of National and International Beauty Pageants.
Having trained and transformed more than ten thousand individuals so far, she has been bestowed with a professional membership of Image Managements Professionals Association (IMPA). Being a wife of a renowned Belief Therapist and a mother to two adorable boys herself, she continually trains working women on maintaining a good work life balance.
